3. On-Site Payment (Credit Card or Cash)
You can pay using cash or Credit Card at the Registration Desk with an ADDITIONAL COST of 100 euro on the full registration rates (On-site Registration is available only for Registrations without any contributing abstract).
All presenters (Invited, Oral, Poster) must finalize their registration until 25 October 2024 either via On-Line payment or Bank Transfer in order to confirm their spot in the program.
Receipt/Invoice Details
Regarding the type of Invoice/Receipt to be received for the registration fees:
1. If an Organization (University, Company or Research Institute) will cover your Registration Fees:
- Outside Greece - you will receive an Invoice. In such a case we will need the following details/information:
Full Name of the Organization, VAT Number (related to the Taxation system), Address and Profession/Activity of the Organization. - In Greece - you will receive an Invoice. In such a case we will need the following details/information:
Full Name of the Organization, VAT Number (related to the Taxation system) (Α.Φ.Μ.) / Tax Office Name (Δ.Ο.Υ.), Address and Profession/Activity of the Organization.
2. If you will cover your OWN Registration Fees then you will receive a Receipt and we need only your Full Name.
Important Reminders
- Bank Transfer Payment: All banking costs have to be paid by the participants.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. - Cancellation Policy: There is a refund of 75% of the registration fees if the registration will be cancelled until October 18, 2024. For cancellations after October 18th, no refund will be available.
